Adult learners demand educational opportunities that accommodate their schedule and location. The Penn State Video Learning Network (VLN) provides a flexible learning environment where adults throughout Pennsylvania can connect with Penn State instructors and one another using state-of-the-art videoconferencing and online technology. The presentation demonstrates strategies and best practices used to provide a high-quality learning environment. Highlighted will be the network of support. The presenters will also discuss how to redesign instruction from a traditional classroom setting to ensure it provides an engaging experience across multiple classrooms. Attendees will learn how they can participate in this initiative.
